御宿鷹柳は素泊まりの宿です。ステークホルダーツーリズムの観点から、お食事は地元の食材を味わえる飲食店、または近隣のスーパーなどをご案内しております。

Onyado Takayanagi is an accommodation that offers lodging without meals. From the perspective of stakeholder tourism, we provide information on local restaurants where you can enjoy local ingredients, as well as nearby supermarkets.

当ホテルのチェックインは15時から18時、チェックアウトは9時となります。

    Room Yashima (Japanese-style room, 11 tatami mats, capacity for 4 persons, approx. 18㎡) overlooks Yashima, the site of the Genpei War, and the Aji Stone Mine, the finest stone in Japan.

ご宿泊時の登録

1.お客様は、宿泊日当日、当ホテルのフロントにおいて、次の事項を登録していただきます。
(1)宿泊者の氏名、年齢、性別、住所、電話番号及び宿泊年月日
(2)外国人にあっては、国籍及び旅券番号
(3)出発日及び出発予定時刻
(4)その他ホテルが必要と認める事項

2.お客様が料金の支払いを、宿泊券、クレジットカード等通貨に代わり得る方法により行おうとするときには、あらかじめ、前項の登録時にそれらを呈示していただきます。

Registration upon Check-in

1.On the day of arrival, guests are required to register the following information at the hotel front desk:
(1)Guest's name, age, gender, address, phone number, and date of stay
(2)For non-residents, nationality and passport number
(3)Departure date and expected departure time
(4)Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel

2.Guests intending to settle charges through methods other than cash, such as accommodation vouchers or credit cards, must present them during the registration process as mentioned in the previous section.
